24-Hour Electronic Monitoring Provides Security
Within 24 hours of sentencing, ALERT is able to track clients

With ALERT, Home Detention clients are allowed to leave their homes during
set hours for work, school, counseling, church and other
court-ordered activities. If a violation occurs, ALERT notifies
the court as agreed.

ALERT
provides pre-trial evaluation services to objectively advise
the defendant's attorney or the court about the likelihood

Costs
Paid By Offenders Not Taxpayers
Because individuals are allowed to stay at home with their
families and remain employed, there is far less financial
burden on the system than with incarceration. Home detention
saves taxpayers' money by keeping families together,
which automatically minimizes the likelihood of welfare claims.
Specifically, individuals who accept home detention as their
sentence (versus incarceration) must be able to pay for the
service.
